Finding Happiness

You do not find happiness by being famous. Some people learn this by being famous and seeing that it does not bring them the happiness they seek, but others pretend or fool themselves that they have found happiness through adulation of the world. You find your true joy, an inner joy, by being a vessel of Love and by knowing who you truly are. That joy arises from finding the Love of God and expressing that to others. You can do this even if you are famous, because you can be famous, have the adulation, but know it is not real.

Guilt

Guilt serves no purpose except to keep you in a separated mind where no joy is present. Guilt always relates to something in the past, so you never reach the joy of the present moment. If you feel guilty, simply use that as a recognition that you want to do it different the next time, and then let the guilt go.

Let's Make It Simple

Everyone wants to complicate what is needed to come back to God, but it is really very simple. Your self judgment is what blocks you from the awareness that you are One with Him and all that is. Many people will say "Well, I don't feel or have any self judgment," and at a conscious level many people don't feel it because they are not ready to work through it or it would overwhelm them. How do you know if you have self judgment? First, assume that you do as everyone on this planet except a very few have self judgment. All self judgment projects as judgment of others, groups, nations, etc. --- this is why we have wars, greed, evil, etc. So to recognize your self judgment, and to start unwinding it, you only need to recognize that you are judging others. Witness this within yourself and see how often this happens throughout the day. Our thoughts are consumed with and revolve around judgment. The more you witness this projection of judgment, the more you can begin to unwind your self judgment, which leads you to Him, leads you to peace, joy, and Love --- our inheritance of the Kingdom. When you stop the projection toward others and you feel your self judgment, the answer to releasing that self judgment, as is the answer to all of your needs and problems, is God! Because when you feel and acknowledge His Presence within you, self judgment, fear, guilt, shame, etc cannot be present.

Be Open

Be open to wherever the River of Life takes you. When you fight the current is when you experience suffering. We can float effortlessly if we trust fully in God that He has our highest good and if we get "ourselves" out of the way. This means accepting you that probably don't know what is best for you and that only through surrender can you find true peace and joy.

You Can't Hide Anything From God

Demand truth, accountability, and personal responsibility from yourself before you demand it from others. You cannot know Him without these being part of who you are. If you are lying to yourself or not taking responsibility for your actions, you are trying to hide this from God. Of course, you cannot hide anything from God, but the part of you that does not honor Truth in all ways believes that it can hide things from Him.

Acceptance And Integration

There are these parts of you that you have cut off from yourself. You hide them, because you fear them. You hide them, because you fear others seeing that side of you, and you especially fear God seeing this part of you. These shadow parts, these childhood parts that are frozen at the time of abuse, are calling to be loved and integrated. There is nothing to fear from them --- they are a part of you. They love you, and you love them. If you suppress them, you are not whole emotionally. Do you often react like an eight year old having a temper tantrum? Do you operate in the world as if no one loves you, just like your five year old felt? Don't be afraid. God is with you always.

Being Authentic

Being authentic means that you are honest. Not only do you always tell the truth, but it means that you are consistent. There are no thoughts which contradict other thoughts, no words which contradict other words, and no actions which contradict other actions. You are completely at peace with no internal or external conflict.

The Highest Good

Seeing the God within someone who has hurt you or who has destructive behaviors does not mean that you allow that to continue. You must establish boundaries, which could mean that this person is no longer in your life. Can you forgive, seeing the God within, acknowledging your feelings or hurt, while doing what is best for you --- you make the decision with God as to what is best for you --- not from anger but from forgiveness. We must never withhold forgiveness from anyone or any situation, especially from ourselves. There is only one Will of God, and what is best for you, what is the highest good, is also what is best for that person. Your highest good is what is their highest good (and vice versa), whether they recognize it or not (often not). When you need to separate yourself from someone because their behaviors are not God affirming for you and you confirm this with God, then do it with great compassion for yourself and them. When you do this, you have created a miracle and you have put a lot of Light into this false world, which it so badly needs. Always allow Him to guide you in everything you do, because He knows what is the highest good for all involved.

What Will You Be To Yourself?

Because you have free Will, you are your own redeemer or crucifier. His Love redeems us, but many choose to act as their own crucifier. All of these thoughts and beliefs which you use to self judge and crucify yourself are not real. Only your relationship with Him and His Love is Real.

Partiality

Either everything in the Universe is random, or everything has a purpose. There is no in-between. How can there be partial randomness?

Trials

You know the saying that what doesn't kill you will make you stronger? Know that if God has given you a trial to bring you closer to Him, it will not kill you, or you would not have been given it. These trials are not meant to punish you. They are given out of Love so that you can shed false beliefs you have about yourself and so that you can see how much strength and faith you truly have. When you see this, it helps you to remember and Love Him more.

Forgiving Yourself

If you feel that you have had actions or thoughts which are not consistent with Love, the number one thing you want to do is forgive yourself and not judge yourself. If you do nothing but this, it will have the greatest healing effect. If you have said some words to someone that you regret, saying you are sorry is important, but doing this will be much more authentic and have much greater power if you have first forgiven yourself.

Divine Timing

As an integral piece of the puzzle we call God, you go into place when the other pieces around you have been placed. This is Divine timing. If you try to push the timing on something and are not patient, it will not be successful. Unripe fruit doesn't taste good and can make you sick. Having patience and trusting in God's timing is what faith is about --- faith, a knowing, that what you want to happen WILL happen, you just don't know when.

Help Me

Father, help "me" get out of the way so that I can become a clear vessel through which you move and have your Being. Technology

You Know Who You Are

Don't let other's insecurities and fears create doubt in you about who you truly are. There is a good reason you like yourself and you have become comfortable in your own skin. You need no outside validation. Your identity comes from your Oneness with God and this can never be changed by anything of this world.

Follow the Joy

You know the right path for you by following what feels good to you. This does not mean what feels good to the body, for this is temporary. It means what triggers your innate joy, the joy that comes from being One with God and sharing His joy. You would think that following your joy would be easy and self evident. But in this dream our mind has become confused and lost, and many associate joy with being a victim, with judgment, with anger, etc. Also, many are afraid of joy, as if it is too good to be true, or they are afraid that God will take the joy away as punishment for having "sinned" against Him. Joy is innate, natural, and eternal. You can and are meant to feel it 24-7, because it is inherent in the Kingdom of God, of which you are a part.

The Last Judgment

The Last Judgment is one of joy, for the Son, of which you are a part of that Sonship, will fully recognize that he has never separated from His father and that Love is all that exists. the Son will recognize that all judgment has been of his own making.

Light And Dark

The paradox is that your shadow parts --- those parts you consider evil and hate --- can't be transformed until you recognize them at a conscious level. You are whole, complete, filled with the one Light of God, so these shadow parts don't really exist, but as long as you suppress them, they exist through your belief. You think that by pushing them into a dark corner of your psyche, they are taken care of and have gone away, but the paradox is that they "won't go away" until you recognize your belief in them by bringing that belief to the surface.

No Peace In Judgment

In order to see past someone's words and actions to the divinity within them, you must first see the divinity within yourself. We see what we believe. If you believe you are not worthy, you will see others as not worthy. If you know yourself as Love, as One with God, you will see others as Love and you will see their Oneness with you. Why is this important? Because no peace and joy can be found in judgment.

No Interruption

God is communicating with you all of the time, without exception. He is "inside" of you and you are in holy communion with Him, and He is "outside" of you. Everyone and everything that crosses your path has His message --- the way someone smiles at you, how the sun shines on you, the silence when you go walking in the woods, the hawk that flies across the road. Most people are not "listening" to all of this because they think that just the obvious communications are from Him. But it is All! If it were only some of the the time, He would not be One.

The Light of Jesus

Jesus' light shone so brightly that those who he encountered would either be completely drawn to it or repelled by it. The latter believed themselves to be sinful, and his light illuminated those dark areas within them where they held the belief in sin. Because they greatly feared looking at these shadow areas within themselves, they feared Jesus and had him killed. Those he encountered who did not see themselves as sinful were drawn to him and his light, as he fostered a remembrance of God within them.

Why Wait?

Why do you wait? You can love God with all of your heart and being, right now. Give yourself over to Him, fully and unconditionally. Do not delay, because you only delay your joy. Without Him, you experience hell. With Him, you are in Heaven. Why would you choose to be dead in hell over a living Heaven?

Accept As You Are

It is your desire to change which keeps you unaware of His Presence. He is ALL. When you want to change something about yourself because you self judge, you are not accepting Him, because you are a part of Him. Now, you can accept yourself as you are and still want to move toward something different. For instance, you can want to eat healthier. But do you accept where you are currently at, without judgment, or do you judge yourself for being an
unhealthy eater? It is judgment which cuts us off from His Presence.

Ego Versus Holy Relationships

The ego's relationships always revolve around guilt and anger in an attempt to get something. Holy relationships based in God have no expectations, no unconscious burdens. These relationships are based in Love, not guilt.

True And False

What is false will always be false. What is true will always will be true. Believing in something false does not affect Truth. You know what is Truth because Truth is you. So when you stop believing in something false, all that will remain is Truth, which is what was always there anyways.
