Follow Your Joy

Out of your joy comes abundance. Or to put it another way, follow your joy, and abundance will come. When we follow our joy, not ego excitement but true inner joy, we are set on His track. Joy is how we know that we are going the right direction, and this makes it easy to make decisions. Because His Kingdom is one of peace, Love, joy, and abundance, when we follow our joy, abundance will automatically be there. This abundance encompasses the fruits of the Spirit and those of this world, including financial and material abundance.

Does God Need Fixing?

You can't "fix" anyone. They can only "fix" themselves. If you have a need to "fix" someone, then you need to "fix" yourself, or rather how you view yourself because you are seeing yourself as incomplete and not part of the whole. Does God need fixing? Of course not. God is All, thus there is nothing and no one that needs changing. What underlies the appearance --- which is what you want to fix because you do not see the God within --- is perfection and Unity.

Do You Make Exceptions?

"What profiteth a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?" Where do you make compromises? Do you visit websites which are not good for you? Do you maintain your prayer and meditation time but eat foods which you know pollute the vessel which is His temple? Do you tell just a few little white lies, or do you think it is okay if the cashier makes a mistake and gives you an extra five dollars back? Do you remain silent when someone's reputation is being trashed? This is not intended for you to condemn yourself or feel guilty. Everyone is being presented this right now, for time is short. You have to make a choice as to what you want, and if it is Heaven, you need to bring awareness to those times you are not meeting the standard that you know is required. The time for exceptions is over.

Your Shadow Parts

There are these parts of you that you have cut off from yourself. You hide them, because you fear them. You hide them, because you fear others seeing that side of you, and you especially fear God seeing this part of you. These shadow parts, these childhood parts that are frozen at the time of abuse, are calling to be loved and integrated. There is nothing to fear from them --- they are a part of you. They love you, and you love them. If you suppress them, you are not whole emotionally. Do you often react like an eight year old having a temper tantrum? Do you operate in the world as if no one loves you, just like your five year old felt? Don't be afraid. God is with you always.

Judge Not Lest You Be Judged

When Jesus said judge not lest you be judged, he was referring to the judgment you would bring upon yourself, not a judgment God would visit on you. For God is a God of Love, not judgment, and the Final Judgment will be one where God rejoices that we have returned to Him in our remembrance --- He will "judge" us as His most holy and sinless child. Jesus was referring to the psychological principal of projection. We project what it is we don't like about ourselves in an attempt to "get away" from it. But this is impossible, as ideas/beliefs never leave their source. When we judge someone or something, we are projecting our own self judgment --- the harsher the judgment, the more that personself judges, the more they see evil in the world, the more they see God as a punishing God, etc.

Who Is Correct?

God accepts and loves you unconditionally, without question. Can you not do that for yourself? If you don't love and accept yourself fully (and this is not for you to self judge or shame yourself), who is is correct --- you or Him?

When you use your spiritual eyes, you will see that everything exists to praise the Creator. The birds sing His praises. The grass and the trees grow to Him. The sun praises through its warmth, the stars through their brilliance. Everything calls to His glory. By the very fact of your creation, by your very existence, you praise Him.

Eyes Of God Versus The Ego

Through the eyes of Oneness and vision, diversity and differences are appreciated as the "richness" of God. Through the eyes of the ego differences are seen as something you judge and don't understand, something you fear. With the ego differences are to be judged and attacked, not seen as a blessing. Everything is a blessing because everything is God.

Be Still And Know That I Am God

"Be still and know that I am God." Stillness is an absence of thought, the thought that comes from your mind. Have you ever witnessed your thoughts and how crazy they can become? How they jump around from subject to subject with complete randomness? How they are always based in the past (what happened) or the future (what will happen), never the present moment. Something this random and chaotic can not come from God. Within stillness there is thought. This is the thought that comes from God. This is the thought that comes through as our intuition, our gut feel, our hunches, our knowing. This thought arises naturally without effort, without fear. But it can only arise when it is not crowded out by the other type of thought. For the vast majority, the thought from their mind is there 99.999% of the time. This creates a situation where one places validity on these thoughts --- kind of like the idea that if there is smoke, there must be fire. But these thoughts are not valid. Only the ones from God are, and an amazing thing happens once you start to realize this --- more of the God thoughts come in. As you withdraw belief in what is not real, it begins to fade away. Be still and know that I am God cannot be any more clear. It is not written as a parable, but rather it is a simple instruction through which you can change your life.

True Vision

When we are told "Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God", we are being told of a spiritual seeing. This vision is not of the eyes --- it is of the heart. Created in Love, by He who is Love, we "see" our Father through Love. This seeing is outside of time and space. It is infinite in scope and exists only in the eternal, holy Now.

If It Is Not Real .....

When Jesus said to pay the Roman taxes, he was saying to observe the laws of the world as long as they do not interfere with the laws of God. When we fight with something in this false world, we become more enmeshed in the world, because we are giving power to our belief that the world is real by resisting something in it. If it is not real, why would you need to resist it?

Offending God

You cannot offend God in any way. You cannot disappoint Him. And you cannot create a situation where He would stop loving you, regardless of your actions, words, or thoughts. You must completely divorce yourself from this belief system, which is of the ego and false. The first time you step outside this perspective, you will see a world sparkling with gentleness, and you will know with certainty how much He loves you.

How Does Love Speak To You?

Love surrounds you. It is calling to you, "see me here, see me there." The wind whispers your name. The trees and blades of grass bend toward you in Love, telling you that you are a part of that same Love, telling you that you are holy and reflect His glory. The birds sing your praises. This is all for you! You only need to listen. You only need to look. You only need to trust. Under the falseness that is this world, under the static and activity of what you have to do live in the world, this Love is there. It will always call to you, for you are its Beloved.

A Higher Perspective

Faith without logic is like being in a boat without any means of propulsion except your hands as oars. You must remain open to God expanding your awareness and understanding. If you remain fixed in your beliefs, He cannot take you higher on the mountain where you can see from a higher perspective.

Can We Truly Know The Absolute?

There is one God. God loves All --- God is ALL. Yet every religion, even every individual, holds a different view of this one God, and this view changes over time. Can God change? Can one religion or individual have the "right" view of God and all others are wrong? Are we truly seeing God or is our perception of God filtered through the lens of societal and our individual beliefs? Can we know the Absolute in this world of shadows and symbols?

Creating

Focus on and be very grateful for what you already have instead of what you don't have. When you are grateful for what you have, you will bring more of that to you. When you focus and feel pity over what you don't have, you will bring more of that (not having things) to you.

Drop your grievances against others. Does God hold grievances against you? You are His most Beloved child --- so is everyone else walking this planet, regardless of their appearance, regardless of their words, regardless of their actions.

Build Your House

Don't try to live up to the expectations of society or the world. Don't look to these places for your salvation. This is building your house upon the sand. This is building your house, your identity, on what is false. Can you even say what you are trying to live up to --- does it even matter? What is false is false --- it doesn't reflect what is Real. Even if everyone and everything around you operates in the false, it doesn't change what is Real. It doesn't change what is within you, for that is Real. You can "pretend" that you are something you are not, but it doesn't change Truth. Build your house, build your identity, on the rock that is God. Build it on your divinity, on your Oneness with Him and all that is, even when everything and everyone around you "appears" to tell you something different.

Judgment Versus Discernment

What is the difference between discernment and judgment? Discernment sees that what other person is doing is not in alignment with God's will or that person's highest good. It could be that they intentionally hurt people through their words, they don't eat healthy, they engage in dysfunctional emotional patterns, etc. But discernment stops there. It recognizes the divinity in everyone and has the compassionate understanding for that person's situation, as we are all experiencing this to different degrees. Love looks past, not agreeing with or enabling that person's actions or words, but keeping a balanced and higher perspective. Judgment judges. It condemns (this is why God is a God of Love, not judgment). Judgment wants to crucify that person for their actions or words. Judgment sees sin where discernment sees error. And judgment always comes from a projection of self judgment. You will judge others to the extent you judge and condemn yourself.

Choose

You must choose between what is valuable and valueless. Anything of value is eternal. Will the things of the world outlast time for all eternity? Do you value something which is temporary? If it is temporary, it does not truly exist, as it is only an appearance. Only that which was created by God is eternal and valuable. You already know this --- it is simply remembering it.

When a direction or an answer to a predicament or situation does not present itself, do you push to find one? Or do you trust that you have given it to Him and that He will show you the answer at the right time? This is called faith.

Do you realize the significance of healing yourself? Not only is this about your peace and joy, it is about the peace and joy for everyone else. For we are One. As one heals, he or she helps to heal the whole. You are a savior to the world. Do not think of yourself as anything less.

Divine Love, Divine Fire

Divine Love is a like a fire that purges within us everything that is not of Him. Just like a fire consumes a log and makes it like itself, through His Love He transmutes that which is false into that which is pure and clean, and we become not only like Him, but we become One with Him. We are already there, but we do not realize this, so it is our false beliefs which must be purged so that we recognize we have never left the state of holy Unity.

In whatever you do, there should be joy and ease. If there is not, you are pushing down a path that is not for your highest good, and you are fighting where the current in the River Of Life is trying to take you. You are also choosing from a sense of separation, lack, and fear.

What Is Awareness?

When you bring awareness to an issue, you are bringing God's Light to it. This transforms it, transmutes it, takes the power away from it, and heals it. Awareness is simply an observation and a recognition of why you react the way you do --- in all situations or in specific situations. Being fully aware and fully awake are the same thing. When you fully understand what is the trigger which makes you react a certain way, then you no longer have need of that reaction.
