The tools for healing --- psychological, physical, mental, and spiritual --- are always there, always. If you feel that they are not there, either you have not asked for them, or you are refusing to see them. Drop the idea that it has to look a certain way. Healing can come in many forms, and God will provide the form that works best for you. But you have to open your eyes and be willing to see it.

We Have Forgotten

We have forgotten. We have forgotten that we live and have our being in Him. We have forgotten that we are not the roles we play, that we are only actors in a dream. We have forgotten that His Love created us and sustains us.

But it is not too late to make a different choice. It is not too late to turn our face back to Him, for this is the answer to all of your problems. The Kingdom is within us, and only by recognizing that can we create a different world. Each of us must individually make this choice so that collectively, as the One, we create Heaven on Earth.

Do not place any idols before Him. What is it that you are attached to --- a relationship, career, prestige, material goods, food, medicators --- what is it that you place before Him? For we all try to use idols or trinkets of the world to the fill the longing we have for Him. The farther we perceive that we move from Him, the greater the longing and the more we try to fill that hole. Time is running short and everyone is being pushed to make a choice. This decision cannot be made from your mind --- one where you go back to the same ways the next hour. It has to be a commitment and a remembrance, a longing from the whole of your Being that comes from your heart.

If I could do this for you, I would, but this is something only you can do for yourself. Do not turn your face away from Him again on a fruitless search. He waits for you. He desires you as much as you desire Him.

How Do You Respond?

That person who mistreats you and either attacks you or totally ignores you, is calling for Love. How do you respond? How you respond shows your consciousness, because if you respond out of Love, you know that Love is being given to yourself, for there is only the One. Is it sometimes difficult to respond out of Love? Of course it is! But a change in your consciousness can only occur if you try --- God asks only that we try, and He will do the rest. It is easy to stay in a victim persona and be mad at or blame the other person, but this is not how you will affect great change in your life. Be a Love warrior for all of your efforts and Love will come back to you many, many times over.

His Grace

We were born in His Grace and we exist in His Grace. Grace is our natural state of being and is our inheritance. His Grace is what gives you life. Grace is what sustains you. Grace is the basis of his Love. And in His Grace there is only unity. In His Grace there are no problems.

Real Prayer

Prayers of gratitude come from your Real Self and are heard throughout the Universe. Prayers asking for material possessions or worldly things come from an illusory self that falls away when we die. Everything you say and do is a type of prayer. Are you affirming your Real Self or the false one?

What Do You WANT To See?

Jesus' light shone so brightly that those who he encountered would either be completely drawn to it or repelled by it. The latter believed themselves to be sinful, and his light illuminated those dark areas within them where they held the belief in sin. Because they greatly feared looking at these shadow areas within themselves, they feared Jesus and had him killed. Those he encountered who did not see themselves as sinful were drawn to him and his light, as he fostered a remembrance of God within them.

It Is Really Simple

If you think of yourself as sinful, you cannot know His peace, joy, and Love to the fullest extent. For the belief that we are sinful blocks us from knowing who we are --- One with Him and His holiness. He created you from Himself. Are you not as holy as He is? If you are sinful, so must God be. All of your "problems" go back to this one belief that you carry and must release.

Do You Want To Be Free?

What happens if you don't apply any judgment to a situation or person? What happens if you don't apply any judgment to yourself? You see that situation or person, you see yourself, for what or who it truly is. You see past the appearance. Do you want to change your life? Then apply this one tool, and your life will be transformed. Can you do this overnight? Likely not, but if you become aware of your judgment and self judgment, and you ask for God's help in releasing this, you have set yourself on a very holy path or return to Him.

This one thing is very powerful because we believed that we fell from Grace and it started with self judgment. This is why the world appears so messed up --- it is a collective projection of everyone's self judgment. Do you want to be free? Be aware, be vigilant, and you will return to your Divinity in your recognition and remembrance.

Where Does Your Happiness Come From?

Is your happiness derived from what happens to you? Do you get down if something "bad" happens, if something doesn't come through for you, if that raise or relationship doesn't work out? Are you happy when something "good" happens? Doesn't seem very stable and predictable, does it, as you are subject to whatever life brings you?

Our joy must come from inside, from the joy we share with God through our Oneness with Him. When we operate from this joy, "good" things will happen because we are creating the foundation for them to happen by what we believe and feel, by what we put out there. They may not happen in the way we think, but this is where trust comes in that God has our highest good and that He wants "good" things to happen to you --- because only "good" things exist.

When we come from this understanding, we don't get down when one door closes, because we know another door will open and will be even better. And we can be joyful when the doors open because we have released control of how it should look and we have created this through our faith and gratitude.

Paying Attention And Being In Attention

Paying attention is a worldly concept. Being in attention is of God. When we are in attention, we are fully in the moment, fully engaged with what we are doing and no sense of time and space. Everyone has been there at one time or another. Athletes call this the zone. This is where we fully harness the gifts of God, where true creativity, innovation, and answers are produced.

Creating What You Want

Most people spend way too much time trying to figure out and then worrying about the details to make something happen. If you can't yet see how it comes together, it is for good reason. God has it! He is likely still laying the pieces of the puzzle in place. When you try to make it happen on your own, you are not making it happen at all, because you are not affirming that He has it. And your actions in trying to get something done become like pushing on a string. When you worry that it is not happening, you are using your creative power, your gift from God, to affirm that it is NOT happening, and then it will not. What you think and believe is what you get. Your task is to continually feel the joy as if it has already happened, because when you do that, it has truly happened, even if that seed has not yet popped its head above ground. It will. When you feel the joy as if it has happened, you can then be led to what actions you need to take. This is you floating effortlessly on the River of Life versus you fighting the current.

What Is Judgment?

Judgment is control. When you judge someone, you think that you are keeping them at arms length and protecting yourself. With judgment you believe that you can "hold off" or prevent yourself from being part of the Unity, because you are scared of losing control. It is a defense mechanism against entering into a deeper relationship with God, for God is All, and when you judge you see separation. Of course, your belief and your ability to judge is false because you are Love.

Be The Best Bob You Can Be

Don't try to be like anyone else, including Jesus. He doesn't want you to place burdens or expectations on yourself, ones that you will probably never live up to in your own mind, creating continual self judgment. Be the most compassionate and loving Steve or Jane or David you can be. That will differ for each person as each one has unique experiences and different people that come into their life. But the one thing every person can do is to release self judgment and have great compassion on themselves.

Don't Fight The False

When Jesus said to pay the Roman taxes, he was saying to observe the laws of the world as long as they do not interfere with the laws of God. When we fight with something in this false world, we become more enmeshed in the world, because we are giving power to our belief that the world is real by resisting something in it. If it is not real, why would you need to resist it?

The One Light

Your Light, and especially the Light of those whom you dislike, cannot be extinguished. Is the sun always shining, even when there are dark storm clouds covering it? There may be someone you intensely dislike because they have mistreated you or because they are all ego, but the Light of God shines in them as brightly as it does for everyone else.

Your Fountain Of Life

Your faith is a crystal clear pool of water. When the world "dirties" you, you bathe in this water to be refreshed in Him. As your Love for Him grows, so does this pool of water, until it becomes and ocean of faith.

Few Know What Makes Them Happy

Many people believe that God either punishes them or withholds something from them. Nothing could be further from the Truth. God is a God of Love and has given the Kingdom to you in all its abundance and glory. Few people know what will make them happy, so they ask for trinkets of the world. Few know what will truly bring them joy, which is a love relationship with Him. God withholds nothing from you that will bring you His joy, peace, and Love. If you feel that you have given your Will to God and you are not experiencing the fruits of the Kingdom, He is likely pulling you closer to Him so you can experience at a deeper level. There is another layer of false beliefs you are shedding. You are given things when you are ready. We think we know what is best for us, but this is fool's thinking. Only God knows what our highest good is, and we need only to trust Him and get out of the way.

Why Wait?

Why do you wait? You can love God with all of your heart and being, right now. Give yourself over to Him, fully and unconditionally. Do not delay, because you only delay your joy. Without Him, you experience hell. With Him, you are in Heaven. Why would you choose to be dead in hell over a living Heaven?

Have You Considered ...?

Love endures. When all else falls away, when Heaven and earth are no more, only Love will remain, because Love is All. Have you considered what this means for you? Have you really felt in the core of your Being what you are --- you must also be Love if Love, if God, is All that exists. How powerful this can be for you and your life. For when the grind, the sorrow, the "problems' of living in the world seem to compress you, simply remember. Remember who you are. For this is what is Real. Everything else is an appearance. And it is this recognition and remembrance which will carry you effortlessly on the River of Life, allowing you to receive abundant blessings and the gifts of the Kingdom --- peace, joy, and Love.

Learning Compassion

Sometimes we are given experiences in order that we may see how misguided or cut off we are. We learn to turn from judgment, where we have judged others who have a certain experience or condition, to compassion, where we truly see what it is to walk in another's shoes because we now must deal with the same experience or condition. It is easy to judge another from afar, but it is a whole different story when the "afar" becomes us.

Passion

Passion is not of the intellect. Passion comes from the emotions, from the heart. We feel something strongly, not just believe in it. Belief without passion is lifeless. That is because our beliefs --- our opinions, perceptions, and judgments --- change. These come from a thinking mind, the intellect or ego. Passion is alive and the inspiration for our passion comes from Him.

Coming From An Open Heart

When we talk about coming from an open heart, how can we do that and stay there? First, visualize your heart opening like a flower that is announcing itself to the world and giving a blessing of its beauty and Love to every person that encounters it. This is what you give to the world and everyone who comes into contact with you when you come from an open heart.

Coming from an open heart means that you acknowledge and express the Unity and divinity that runs through ALL. It is based on respect, non judgment, and compassion. It does not mean that you are not hurt at times by others, but these are manna, are opportunities for you to stay heart centered, to grow from these so that your flower can unfold even further, increasing the blessing that you can provide the world and the next person you encounter.

It takes a warrior to live from an open heart when you are hurt, when you want to judge and attack back, to go back into your protective shell which you falsely believe keeps you safe. We are only safe in Him, and you can only know Him by living from an open heart. When the hurt arises, you cannot allow it to turn into a trail of false judgment and recrimination thoughts that justify your closing of your heart. You must immediately go to forgiveness. Only through forgiveness can you heal that person, the world, and most importantly, yourself, because as you forgive others, you forgive yourself.

Why Was Jesus Persecuted?

Jesus was persecuted because he was Love. He had released all falseness, all belief in separation, allowing his divinity and Oneness with God to shine through. As Love with no covering, he acted as a perfect mirror for those he encountered.

If the person he interacted with judged little and had love for himself and others, then that person would be very attracted to Jesus, just as a moth is attracted to the light. Jesus, as a perfect mirror, would reflect God's Love, awakening a recognition in that person that this Love was also a part of them. We all want to return to that Love, but it is simply a recognition we need to make that we have never left it.


If Jesus encountered a person who saw himself as very sinful, one who did not recognize the Love inside, then that person wanted to kill Jesus. His light shone brightly into their shadow areas, those hidden places where they wanted to keep covered the beliefs they had about themselves. When we have these false beliefs that we are sinful and unloved, we fear that the light of truth and Love will illuminate these shadow areas, because we fear that these beliefs are true. We try to hide then from God (from Love), because we believe that He will punish us if He sees how sinful we are. A mind which believes itself to be separate from God has very delusionary and irrational thoughts.

As someone who was in this world but not of it, who was a completely clear vessel for God, Jesus was crucified so that His body would be destroyed. The belief of those who killed him was that by destroying his body, God would not be able to "get at" them. In effect, by destroying him, they were destroying and triumphing over God. A separated mind believes it must triumph over God or it will be killed by God.

What Is Your Source?

You may be the richest person in the world, but you will not feel safe or satisfied unless you have a relationship with Him and you know that He is your Source. If you believe this abundance comes from the world, this supply can and probably will change in an instant. Your Source of abundance cannot be separated or viewed independently from your Source of Life, from your very existence as part of God. That is why Unity is indivisible, is Truth, nothing outside of it.
