We Believe Falsely ...

Truth returns to a mind that no longer deceives itself. For we not only have Truth, but we are Truth, as we are One with God.

But we have blocked our recognition of this Truth through the power of our belief. We believe, falsely, that we are the identity or role we play in this dream. We believe, falsely, that we are separate from God. We believe, falsely, that we have sinned against God and we will be punished for that.

The degree to which you release these false beliefs is the degree to which you will feel God's Presence within you, as you, and the degree to which you will know Truth.

The Discovery of Your Self and God

The discovery of your Self is the discovery of God. They are one and the same because only Unity exists. You and God are both the sculptor and the statue being sculpted. As you awaken, God awakens to Himself, Herself, through you.

Just as you see a reflection of yourself in a mirror, you must see yourself in Life, how you interact in your relationships, how you react to your experiences. Witness everything in and around you. It is this introspection and observation which leads to Self awareness, which is awareness of Him. And this is a process, a journey, that never ends.

Create Miracles By Releasing Beliefs

If you want to change the world, change how you see the world, and this will make the change you want. It all originates from your mind as you project your belief system on to what you "see."

Withdraw your beliefs from that projection, change what you "see," and you have created a miracle for your Self and for the world.

Jesus was able to perform the miracles he did because he held no beliefs. He knew his Unity and through that his unlimited nature as One with God. Beliefs are changeable and thus not real. They are like colored lens through which you see from a very distorted view, one with its own limits. You are not your beliefs --- it is just that you believe in your beliefs and that creates what you see instead of true reality. Truth and Unity, which is what you are, are not changeable.

What You Put Into The World

It is very true that what you put into the world you get back. This also refers to how you see the world will be what you get back. If you see Love, you will receive Love.

Realize that you have a set of beliefs unique to you, and everything comes through this lens. If you see yourself as sinful, you will see others as sinful and the world as evil. If you see yourself as Love, you will see Love in the world. Your task is to release the false in you, revealing the holiness and glory that you are and that comes from God. Because when you release the false, only God remains as He is All that exists.

It takes courage and your Will to look at your beliefs, to heal yourself, to see past appearances, past judgment, past the hurtful words and actions of another, past the false, to what is really there in you and in the other person.

Do You Have Regrets?

Could have, would have, and should have are not the words used by someone who sees with vision.

When we see and live in Unity, we know that all is as it should be. We have no regrets as everything that has happened to us has brought us to this holy moment. There are some things in our past that if we had the opportunity to do over, we might do them differently, but these are not regrets, This is awareness and gratitude that we are learning so we can be more authentic, reflect more of our Divine nature, now. Also, we can have compassion on ourselves because we know that we may have had to go through those experiences in the way we did to learn what we needed to learn -- we could not have learned it another way.

It is not what has happened in the past. It is what you do with it now, how you apply it, how you use it to be a more loving and kind person, that is important. Don't feel guilty about anything, because guilt is not of God. God has you --- He has you in his Heart, and all is as it should be if you only trust that He has your highest good and will show you the way.

Who You Truly Are

What God created is changeless and eternal. His creations are as holy and pure as the moment they were created, and we have never left that moment.

God created you. Are you a sin? You may see yourself as sinful, but how you see yourself, how you appear to yourself, and who you truly are, are not the same. Appearances don't change reality. If you are sinful, then God must be sinful --- He is All that exists and we live and have our being in Him.

There is no doubt that each of us has made errors and large mistakes in judgment, but we must forgive ourselves and others because many are still asleep. We are awakening from a nightmare that we have separated from and sinned against God. God loves all and would forsake no one, because why would He forsake a part of Himself. He is Love, as are you. Our errors and mistakes, especially our self judgment, comes from a lack of recognition and awareness that we are Love, eternally.

Disappointment And Discouragement

What is the difference between disappointment and discouragement? When you turn your life over to God, you know He has your highest good. When something doesn't happen that you are expecting and which you feel is part of your path, you may be temporarily disappointed, but you won't be discouraged. Knowing that God has your highest good, you can be patient and wait for what is certain to happen.

Like Little Children

When Jesus said whoever does not receive the Kingdom of God as a little child cannot enter it, what did he mean?

Think about little children --- innocence, non judgment of themselves and others, an intrinsic joy, seeing the world through eyes of wonder and amazement, staying in the moment, enjoying the very simple things like playing pretend games, no worry or fear, loving unconditionally.

This is how each of us is born until we are "indoctrinated" by our parents beliefs and fears and those of the world. We learn that we cannot love unconditionally, that we cannot trust everyone, that the world is to be feared in some way, that life is not this magical existence --- how very sad for each of us.

But life is this magical existence, because behind all appearances of hate, evil, an greed, lies Love, lies wonder, lies the joy that you have and are by virtue of your Oneness with God and the kingdom He has given you. For it is only your perception and beliefs, your self judgment, that blocks your recognition that He is expressing through you and that your joy is His joy.

Through His Grace

Through His Grace are you redeemed.

This does not mean that there are not times when you must exert effort. This is the paradox. Of yourself, you are nothing, and His Grace is required for you to return to Him. But there are times when effort is important for you, like when you encounter dry periods, dark nights of the soul, and you desperately desire to feel His Presence.

It is not that our effort takes us somewhere. Through our struggles we see that without His Grace, nothing can happen, and this helps us to surrender, to know that we cannot truly do anything of ourselves. Only by the ego being reduced to the small voice it truly is, by becoming like a child, can we enter Heaven.

Discernment Versus Judgment

One of the ways in which you can discern God's Will for you in a situation or with a person is to remove judgment of that situation or person. You must use discernment, not judgment.

Discernment makes an evaluation while seeing the God within that situation or person. It gives you an unemotional, non judgmental, compassion based view from which you can make a decision. When you judge, you judge from an ego or non God perspective.

How do you move into discernment versus judgment? You must first move into compassion. If you can't initially do that for the situation or person, do that for yourself. Have compassion on yourself as if you were in the other person's shoes, and then you will have compassion on them. It is also important to remember that you never have enough info, never have a large enough perspective, to judge a situation or another person's path.

That is why you must leave all decisions up to God, and compassion allows you to move into that God space where he can give you the answers.

Your Identity

Why do the vast majority look outside themselves for who they are?

They look to their education, their job, their spouse, their financial wealth, their body, their sexual prowess, etc. Some even look to "negative" identities like seeing themselves as a victim. It takes courage to look inside, because we believe that what we will find is heinous an sinful.

Many people believe intellectually that God is within, but this belief does not match up to their experience. Intellectually they may believe that God is loving and nonjudgmental, but the willingness to go inside and discover this is not there. For it takes willingness to wade through the false beliefs you have about your sinfulness. It takes courage to bring up, feel, and release the grief and anger from your past, especially your childhood.

Only by doing this can you see who you are --- inherently --- not what your parents or society told you that you are. Only by doing this can you come to see the Love that you are, and as you do this, simultaneously you see the Love that God is. And then He is there, within you, not intellectually, but for Real.

You Are A Teacher

You are an example. You are a teacher, a demonstrator. You demonstrate and teach what you believe.

Not only are you an obvious example to someone like your children, you are an example to yourself. You reinforce what you believe through your demonstration.

You demonstrate judgment or Unity. You demonstrate Love or illusion. You demonstrate Heaven or hell. If you want to change your life, change what you believe, and you first do this through what you demonstrate and the example you set --- to others, for others, and especially for yourself.

Each of us is a teacher to ourselves and others. If you can't yet believe it, fake it, in all of your interactions and words. You are not really faking it --- you are just finding what was always there but hidden. You are watering a seed that has been dormant for a long time.

You Are Okay!

We are in the midst of great change, and this is reflected in the world and in ourselves.

We are being brought into a new spiritual reality, which means the old dies off, and the new is born. Unfortunately, the old dying off can be painful as many want to cling to the old ways because of fear, or power, or evil intention, etc.

God is asking each of us to release the false within us, because we can't carry this baggage in to the new paradigm. Literally, we must be reborn in our mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical makeup. We are remembering who we truly are --- Divine vehicles through which God expresses and has an experience of Himself in human form.

Each of us has different beliefs which are false and don't serve us, and these beliefs are being brought to the surface, not to punish us for God is a God of Love, not punishment, but to help us become aware of them so we can KNOW that this is not true. It is likely that as we become aware of these beliefs, releasing them will bring up a lot of fear, but we must push through the fear and release them anyways --- and trust that what is on the other side is much better. And I can assure you that it is so much better because when the false is gone, only God remains. And you have the gifts of the Kingdom --- peace, joy, and Love.

Unfortunately, many choose to ignore what is coming up in them, medicate it to not feel it, blame others or get defensive and try to project it on to others, etc. But the only way through it is to become aware of it, quickly acknowledge it and feel it, and then give it to God. Giving it to God means bringing His Presence into the what you feeling. This is the only way to heal it, to transmute it from something "negative" to something "positive" that will help the world. Because it is only energy that is arising within you and is "tainted" by a negative belief. It can be turned into something very positive for you and the world.

You are okay! This Truth cannot change, for you are One with God and ALL that is. Even if your body "dies," the true essence of who you are lives on, eternally. Living this reality will bring you the peace that passes all understanding and make your "problems" seem minuscule. Knowing and feeling your Unity, feeling God's Presence in you, is the only thing you need. Everything else, all answers and directions you need to take, flow from that place.

Your task is to ask to be shown where you hold false beliefs, and then --- very important --- you must be willing to look at these beliefs and release them. No one said it would be easy; in fact, if you are really working on yourself, it can be hard. But where you are going into the new reality, where you are going into holy communion with Him, is like a light at the end of the tunnel that will embrace you with everything you have always wanted.

Fear Versus Love

Fear thoughts always revolve around anger, judgment, bitterness, frustration, resentment, self pity, and victimization. Love thoughts are gratitude, compassion, acceptance, humor, joy, respect, and peacefulness.

Recognize which thoughts you want to have, be continually willing to change the thoughts that are fear based --- which takes a strong intention and will --- and then when you change them, expect amazing things to happen for you.

You are what you think. You have to pay constant attention to what you put out in the world. You can't change what comes through your mind, but you can redirect it to Love with your intention. After you do this enough times, you create a NEW pattern, and the fear thoughts arise very infrequently.

We Are Lovers!

Did you know that the heart produces an electromagnetic field that is many time more powerful than the one produced by the brain? We are not thinkers --- we are Lovers!

When we are grateful, it is felt within our body, because it is an energy emitted by your heart. You live in the heart of God. This is your refuge. All that is good comes from the heart and Love. You can never go wrong by following your heart because this is where true guidance resides.

Fear, the past, the future --- these are all products of a consciousness and mind that has been cut off from the heart. Your heart has an innate intelligence that when followed, will bring you the greatest joy and miracles.

Examine Your Beliefs

Your beliefs are the source of all your angst and the source of all your comfort and peace. You choose.

There are some things that happen to us that are out of our control because we live in a collective and we are subject to the decisions of others, but generally what you think, you create in your experiences. Thought is that powerful. So we are moving "forward" to Love and peace and joy and abundance, or we are moving "backwards" to fear and hatred and greed. 

If your circumstances are not what you want them to be, examine your beliefs. It is likely that you believe you are being punished, that you believe you are not good enough, that you believe you can't have great abundance, etc. It all comes from your beliefs, so you must be willing to objectively look at them WITHOUT judgment, and then release those that are false and don't serve you.

If you are experiencing adverse circumstances, your beliefs may be fully creating that or contributing to that. Have compassion on yourself and resolve to change it. Feel yourself in the opposite situation and have gratitude for that. Feel yourself with financial abundance, great relationships, Love surrounding you, great health. Feeling it and having gratitude for it creates it, because it starts with thought --- that is how the seed is planted.

Have patience. You did not get to your adverse circumstances overnight, and you likely won't reverse it overnight. Can an acorn grow into a mighty oak tree overnight? You are planting a seed by feeling it and being grateful for it, and then you have to water and fertilize it by continuing to feel it and be grateful for it. You are fertilizing by trusting that God has your highest good and that you are reversing your circumstances. You are very holy and powerful and you give signals to the Universe with every thought as to what direction you are headed. So create something amazing in your life!

A Guiltless World

The thread that runs through this alternate reality (reality other than our true reality in God) is guilt, whether that be in our one on one personal relationships, group or nation dynamics, our structures and organizations we have set up such as courts, police, etc.

Think about how often you blame or judge (this is seeing guilt) someone or something, even if you consider it "minor," even if it is only a thought in your head.

What would a guiltless world look like? It would --- would is not the right word as it is not hypothetical --- it is one of unending beauty, gentleness, and Love. This is what exists behind the false appearance we call the world. When Jesus talked about Heaven on Earth and Heaven within you (one and the same), a guiltless world is what he was referring to.

God Is Always With You

Whether you are feeling weary, excited, scared, joyful, or guilty, God is with you through All. Consciousness never sleeps and never stops the expression of Love. He never stops being in Holy Communion with you, regardless of what your body is doing or feeling. When you know this with certainty, fear is no longer possible.

The Law Of Unity

When Jesus said "with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again," he was not talking about being punished.

This is how the body of God and its laws operate. Because we are One, that which is done by you is done to you. This includes your thoughts, words, and actions.

If you say an unkind word, or cheat, or lie, at some point the same will come back to you. If you treat everyone with respect and say a kind word to everyone you encounter, and you take actions which benefit others, the same will come back to you.

This coming back, like a boomerang, rarely happens immediately and by the same person, so many do not understand the law, because they do not see the correlation. If someone understands the law, they would realize how important it is to try and be pure in their thoughts, words, and actions. Regardless of the appearance, you cannot take action or say words that go out and become independent from you --- everything you put out there and everything others put out there affects you. This is the law of Unity.

Truth Is Not Debatable

Jesus said "know the Truth, and the Truth shall make you free." Truth is self evident. If it is something that can be debated, it is not Truth --- that is people's perceptions about what Truth is, not Truth itself.

Where There Is Anger ....

Where there is anger, the peace of God cannot be present. Which do you prefer --- His peace or to be righteous and stay in your anger?

If you choose His peace, the only path out of the anger is forgiveness --- forgiveness of that person, group, yourself, the world, and often forgiveness of Him. Why do we need to forgive God? Because we believe that He has done something (an action) or not done something (not delivered us) which has created the situation we are in, the illness that afflicts us, etc. But this is false.

Comparison and Judgment

The first Truth we have to establish is that judgment is not of God. God is a God of Love, not judgment. He loves us unconditionally, a Divine Love, not a human love. Unconditional means no judgment.

Comparison is the ego's main tool for judgment, The ego is always looking to feel better about itself. So it has "pity" on those less fortunate --- those who have less money, bad appearance, less education, etc. It feels better about itself through comparison to those "below" it.

It also is jealous and resentful of those who have more money, better education, looks, etc. It "aspires" to be like them.

The ego sits on a foundation of shifting sand because its identity is not based in God. When you base your identity in God, you realize that judgment and comparison are impossible because we are One. We are only playing roles here, and our true essence is all the same. God expresses through each of us in a unique way, but no one is "better" or "worse" than another. Even Jesus told us that we would do greater things than him because he knew that he was not different than us. It is just that he was the first to come back to a full remembrance and recognition of his divinity, and this is why you are here as well.

How Does God Awaken Us?

Through everything!

If you think that God is only speaking to you or teaching you some of the time, then you are seeing partiality and through eyes of separation. But God is One, God is All, and that means NOTHING else exists. Unity must be your perspective.

So there cannot be a time that God is not present in and through you, not a time that He is not in communion with you and speaking and teaching you. This means that everything that happens to you --- you relationships, your minor encounters with others, your dreams, the way the sun filters through the trees, the animal that comes across your path, the project or business you were guided to do --- everything serves as a vehicle to awaken you.

When you start to pay attention to this, the real change can occur, IF you allow it and go with the path God lays out for you to release false beliefs and heal. For we all hold false beliefs that prevent us from seeing our divinity. If we follow the healing path, and we should because God has only our highest good and only He knows what that is, then we will reach a point where our life will begin to flow with great ease and we will inherit the fruits of the Kingdom --- peace, joy, Love, and abundance. For He wants to give it all to us. But we must get ourselves out of the way by releasing what is false so only what is true (God) remains.

Don't make the mistake of thinking that any relationship or business that will help the world is the most important thing. It is secondary, always a vehicle for your healing. Because you are here to come back to a remembrance and recognition of your divinity and everything only serves to help you do that. If it is something like a business or healing work that can also help others and the world, that is great, but it first serves you in your healing, and it is not likely to get off the ground if you are not doing your healing work and also releasing ego (what it can do for me) around it.

God wants to get us each to a point where our identity solely rests in Him and not anything outside of ourselves like other's opinions about us. For we are very holy and divine, but unfortunately many do not see themselves in this way.

Only The Love Of God

The need to be loved, by your spouse, your kids, another human being, the world, this need stems from your belief that you are not lovable. The degree to which this belief is held is the degree to which you seek love outside of yourself.

As with everything, God is the answer. For the more you know His Love, the more you have self Love and the less you seek outside yourself. When you don't feel His Love, you desperately seek that Love outside of yourself to validate that this Love exists and to fill the hole of longing for that Love. These are the people you see who go from relationship to relationship seeking to find one who will give them this Love, but only He can fill this.

Accept Accept Accept

Accept everything as is.

It is all God because God is One and God is All that is. Only by starting with this Truth can you "change" anything in yourself or the world, because you must see everything from Unity, not separation.

This especially includes those times when you are not centered in God, when you have judgment of yourself and others. Why would you accept something you are trying to change? Because when you accept it, you are doing so from a non judgmental and compassionate space, your true Self. This brings God and His healing in and takes you to the place you want to be. Holding the Truth of Unity while we live with the appearance of duality, desiring to change something while we also accept it, is the paradoxical nature of our existence.

Giving Up This World

It is difficult to give up this world if you still think that you are sacrificing something, that you are giving up your happiness, even salvation. It is even more difficult to give up this world if you don't have full faith that what's behind the appearance of this world is joy, peace, and Love.

Giving up this world does not mean that you go live in a cave or withdraw. In fact, it means that you become more active, because this world is badly in need of help, and those who have put God first --- those who have gotten out of the way --- can be huge movers of change as God works through them unimpeded. Be in the world but not of it.

Giving up this world also does not mean that you can't enjoy the things of this world, for everything is God. It is how it is used that determines whether it is "good" or "bad." Do you place the things of the world above Him and make them your god? Or do you use things of the world to further a remembrance in yourself and in others of your divinity?

Your "will" or "Will" determines whether you can rise above the things of the world and place Him first. How much do you Love Him, for only through Love and a strong Will, can we put Him first. Your power comes from your recognition that you are One with Him and that He has given you free Will to align with His Will or go outside that. In reality, only His Will exists, for He is All that exists, but there exists the appearance that we can do other than His Will. By choosing Him and His Will, we bring appearance in line with reality.

You Are Not Your Anger ...

You are not your anger. You are not your fear. You are not your guilt, your shame, your self judgment. You are not any of these things, because these are not attributes of God.

You are only the attributes you share with God --- peace, joy, Love, compassion, abundance, etc. You experience guilt or fear or self judgment, but these are not who you are. Unfortunately, most people experience these things and then attach to them and identify with them. Then it seems that they become their anger or their fear.

This is a critical time for each of us individually and collectively as a species, a critical time for the Earth, and we are each being asked to release what is false so we can know what is true. When we release what is false, only Truth remains, only God remains, as that what was all there was to start with. We just fooled ourselves into thinking otherwise.

We live in a reality that is not our ultimate reality, because we have never left the moment of our Creation and time and space don't exist in the way we experience them here. But it doesn't mean this "reality" is not important. This a special place where we have all come to learn and evolve, a place where we can make a huge difference in the awakening of ourselves and each other, the furthering of God experiencing Himself, Herself, in a human form. We are both One with God and His holy Child, His Holy Creation. We were created from Love for God to have an experience of Love in and through us, and this world is one of a kind in its ability to provide that as we come here with "amnesia" and we are given experiences to remember.

All the "negative" stuff like anger and fear can help us awaken, because as they come up to be felt and released, they help us remember what is Real within us. They help us remember through contrast, as what is Real is shown by contrast to what is false.
When these "negative" emotions or feelings come up, witness them and be grateful they are arising to be released. Don't become them --- allow them to simply pass back out of you as they simply arose within you. The more you do this, the quicker you will be able to release all that is left in you. If you resist them or become them, you will "suffer," because holding on to something not real creates suffering.
