What Is Judgment?

Judgment is control. When you judge someone, you think that you are keeping them at arms length and protecting yourself. With judgment you believe that you can "hold off" or prevent yourself from being part of the Unity, because you are scared of losing control. It is a defense mechanism against entering into a deeper relationship with God, for God is All, and when you judge you see separation. Of course, your belief and your ability to judge is false because you are Love.
