I Am Therefore I Am

Describing the path of our Love with God, a path of remembering our Oneness with Him.

You can't have compassion on anyone else unless you first have it on yourself. The recognition that you deserve compassion is the one that releases judgment and allows you to have compassion on others. Compassion is a foundation of Love, and since God is Love, God is also compassionate. He does not see the "sins" in you that you see in yourself. If you can only realize that you and others have made mistakes, but in Unity nothing can fall outside of Love, you will live from a heart centered space where no judgment exists and compassion overflows. When we exhibit compassion to others and to all situations, we are giving to ourselves because we are One. What we do to another is what we do to ourselves.
