I Am Therefore I Am

Describing the path of our Love with God, a path of remembering our Oneness with Him.

You can't release something and heal yourself until you first admit you have it.

For instance, if you were physically abused as a child, you probably have a lot of anger at the perpetrator. If you think that anger is wrong, of that God does not want you to get angry, you may try to repress all your anger, consciously or unconsciously. If you don't come to the realization and admittance that you have been angry since you were a child over what happened to you, then you cannot heal it.

If you don't heal it, the emotions and false beliefs around that experience will block your awareness of God's Presence. When you finally admit that you are angry, you have gone a long way to your healing.
