False Leads to False

Why do you make judgments based on what the body looks like? Think about how you meet someone for the first time, and before you even speak with them, you have formed an opinion, a belief, about them based on what they look like. You bring your whole past, all your experiences, into forming that opinion about them.

And it is all false, as the starting premise is not real. You have formed all these beliefs about yourself and the world based on what you have experienced. Experiences lead to false beliefs which then create experiences, confirming the false belief again. It is like the dog chasing its tail. Only when you drop beliefs about yourself can you really see who you are, and then this allows you to see others for who they are.
