Who Is Directing?

The body itself is neutral. It is only used as a means of communication. What the body is directed to do is a demonstration of who is giving directions, your ego or your Self.

Your task in this Earth journey is to allow your Spirit to come to the forefront. The ego is necessary to live in this world, but we don't want it driving the boat as is the case for the vast majority. The ego is like a hammer you pick up and use and then put down.
