Need to Control

Everyone at some point has a need to control situations or people, some to a much greater extent than others. We try to control because we think this keeps us safe, but this is false. Safety is from God, not the world. When we try to control, we are trying to keep down our fear, but we actually have more fear in trying to do this. Look behind your motives and beliefs in wanting to control situations. It will tell you a lot about who you are and your relationship with Him.
