Judgment and Control
Judgment is control. When you judge someone,
you think that you are keeping them at arms length and protecting
yourself. The ego wants to be "better" than someone as this gives it
confirmation of its worth, and this is how it feels safe. With judgment
you believe that you can "hold off" or prevent yourself from being part
of the Unity, because you are scared of losing control. Of course, your
belief and your ability to do this is false.
