Perfect Stillness

Think of a deep lake that has wind whipped waves on the surface but is perfectly still at the bottom. This lake is you! As you move through the world and take care of life, it appears from an outside perspective that you are these frenetic waves, but deep within you is perfect stillness that you share with God.
