Being Vulnerable

When you get angry and have a grievance against someone for not doing or acting the way you want, they feel that unconscious burden of expectations that is being placed on them. Because you are reacting from fear and an illusory view, they often react from the same, trying to cast off those expectations. This is not an authentic relationship, because neither of you is expressing your true feelings and being completely truthful. We fear being vulnerable, because we want to stay safe, but in reality this only keeps us from joy and peace.
