Karma

Karma is illusory memory. It is not necessary suffering that must occur under the laws of the Universe. A God of Love requires no suffering. We are all part of the Sonship, but it appears that each of us is an individual representation of that Sonship. When that individual representation believes that it has separated from God, it also believes in sin and suffering, as well as time and space. When it operates under a belief in sin, it also believes that penance is required to even out the sin. Thus an act that it deemed sinful in one part of the dream must be counterbalanced with a "good" act. This individual representation remembers something in the past (time based) which must be cancelled out with a future (time based) act. So karma is integral to the illusion, maybe a "higher" part of the illusion, but still fully in the illusion. When this apparent individual part of the Son remembers and recognizes that it is not separate and that it has always been One with God, the concept of karma fades away. Any acts it committed in the dream were just that --- just misperceptions of a mind which falsely believed it had separated from God. There is no need to balance something that is not real. And the false belief in time folds into the Now.
