Do You Judge Yourself For Not Having More Compassion On Others?
If you wish you could have more compassion on others, start with compassion on yourself. This will lead you into the compassion on others that you want. We project and judge in others what we don't like and judge in ourselves, thus we must correct at the source --- our self judgment. Our self judgment can only be released through God's Love and knowing our Oneness. This is how we release all that is false --- our fear, our guilt, our shame, etc. When we recognize ourselves as the Light, we are able to share it like a fountain that has an endless source (God). Compassion is the basis of Love, and since God is Love and All that is, we automatically exhibit great compassion when we see that we are not separate from another, for there is no difference between the compassion we have on another and that we have for ourselves. But we must start with looking at ourselves and our own healing.
