If you live for one day, one hour, even one moment, as if you have no past, you will be transformed. You are not this identity or role you play. This is only what you have chosen in this play to awaken to your greater reality. You must not allow yourself to be imprisoned by the beliefs you have formed by growing up in a certain family or by being part of a highly dysfunctional society.
