When You Feel ...

When you feel sad, you are not separate from God. When you feel guilty, you are not separate. When you feel angry, you are not separate. When you feel shame, you are not separate. When you feel fear, you are not separate. When you worry, you are not separate.

What is the first thing we want to do when we feel something "bad" like guilt --- try to get away from it. What do most of us do for feeling it --- judge ourselves. But when we try to get away from it, which we really can't do, we are judging it and against it, and this means that we are against God, for God is ALL. We have introduced a belief in separation. And this makes us feel worse, for a belief in separation leads to self judgment and fear, which worsens what we were originally feeling.

God is with you through all. So when you feel fear or guilt or shame, etc, He is there and experiences it with and through you. By recognizing this, it transforms that "negative" through holiness and Light. So only be staying present with it, by not trying to run from it, and recognizing that He is there in it, can you "get away from it."
