Resurrection Not Crucifixion

Every time you judge, yourself or others, you are crucifying. Jesus' message was one of resurrection, not crucifixion.

We have been in an ego dream of crucifixion, individually and collectively, where we believe we are separate, evil is seen as lurking in every corner and it is everyone out for themselves. This is why the world appears as it does --- it is a projection of our self judgment, literally the ego's attempt to reign supreme over God and take His place before He judges us and unleashes His punishment on us. The ego or false self was created out of judgment and it believes it should be punished. It can only see a world of judgment and punishment. And this is why Jesus was killed, because his Light shone bright into the dark corners of those who self judged. By killing him (God), they believed they could usurp God's punishment.

But through his resurrection, he overcame and showed us the falsity of this concept. He overcame illusion through Love. What is Truth remains Truth and does not need to resist illusion, for the Light dissolves illusion. This is what is meant by turn the other cheek. When we resist what is false, we give it a power that it would not have if we had not resisted it. As I have written before, Mother Teresa said she would not attend an anti war rally, but she would attend a peace rally. Be FOR something that reflects Truth and Unity, not against something that reinforces separation.
