I Am Therefore I Am

Describing the path of our Love with God, a path of remembering our Oneness with Him.

Monday, February 27, 2017

For most people, when they get angry, they become the anger. They identify with it and it overtakes them.

It is hard to live in this world and not get angry -- even the Dalai Lama says he gets angry. But when he does, he does not identify with it and it passes through him. He chooses a different path.

It is not a choice whether the anger arises in you, as we are having a human experience. But it is a choice whether you let that anger go anywhere.
