Accept everything as is.

It is all God because God is One and God is All that is. Only by starting with this Truth can you "change" anything in yourself or the world, because you must see everything from Unity, not separation.

This especially includes those times when you are not centered in God, when you have judgment of yourself and others. Why would you accept something you are trying to change? Because when you accept it, you are doing so from a non judgmental and compassionate space, your true Self. This brings God and His healing in and takes you to the place you want to be. Holding the Truth of Unity while we live with the appearance of duality, desiring to change something while we also accept it, is the paradoxical nature of our existence.
