Walking Meditation

Focus your attention on God in each moment. Make your like a walking and breathing meditation on Him. As you go through the day doing tasks, act as if you are doing these things for Him. If you are preparing a meal or washing the dishes, do it as if He is coming to eat. If you are making the bed, do it as if He will be sleeping in it. When speaking with someone, speak as if you are talking to Him, which you are. As you do this, you will find that the moments of holy Communion with Him increase. Eventually, His Presence will be all you know.
