Comparison And Judgment

Let's examine comparison and judgment. The first Truth we have to establish is that judgment is not of God. God is a God of Love, not judgment. He loves us unconditionally, a Divine Love, not a human love. Unconditional means no judgment.

Comparison is the ego's main tool for judgment, The ego is always looking to feel better about itself. So it has "pity" on those less fortunate --- those who have less money, bad appearance, less education, etc. It feels better about itself through comparison to those "below" it. It also is jealous and resentful of those who have more money, better education, looks, etc. It "aspires" to be like them. The ego sits on a foundation of shifting sand because its identity is not based in God.

When you base your identity in God, you realize that judgment and comparison are impossible because we are One. We are only playing roles here, and our true essence is all the same. God expresses through each of us in a unique way, but no one is "better" or "worse" than another.

Even Jesus told us that we would do greater things than him because he knew that he was not different than us. It is just that he was the first to come back to a full remembrance and recognition of his divinity, and this is why you are here as well.
