Discernment Versus Judgment
Love makes discernments, not judgments.
A discernment would say that it is not in your highest good to be around a certain person but that God expresses through them as God expresses through you and everyone else.
When you judge someone, you are saying that they are not "good enough" in some form. You are not acknowledging the Christ in that person. Judgments are always created from seeing differences and putting those differences in a hierarchy where is one is better than another.
If judgment is present, Unity cannot be seen.
